Hi! We’re Lisa and Antony Dorr! We’ve been married for 15 years and are proud parents of two children. We make a strong team—both at home and in business—and we bring that same care, teamwork, and dedication to Caring Transitions of East Jacksonville, Saint Augustine, & Palm Coast, where we serve seniors and their families throughout Northeast Florida.
This work is personal for us. Like many of the families we serve, we have aging parents, and the realities of later-life transitions are close to home. We’re committed to caring for seniors and your parents the way we would want our own mom and dad cared for—with dignity, patience, and respect.
Caring Transitions helps seniors and their loved ones navigate major life transitions, including downsizing, decluttering, relocation, space planning, resettling, and estate sales. These moments can be emotionally and logistically overwhelming, and we take pride in providing compassionate, organized support that brings clarity and peace of mind during difficult times.
Together, we bring more than 20 years each of professional, people-centered experience. We’re passionate about helping seniors age with compassion and about supporting families through life’s next chapters with care, integrity, and purpose.
